Description

The General Worker is a versatile, entrylevel team member who supports a wide range of production and facility operations. This role is assigned wherever needed throughout the shift and plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflows, product quality, and a clean, safe work environment. Ideal candidates are adaptable, safetydriven, and eager to learn multiple aspects of manufacturing operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with material handling using forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks (training provided).
  • Support machine operations, including loading, feeding, and basic operation under supervision.
  • Provide assistance across departments such as sheeting, printing, die cutting, finishing, forming, and shipping.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safetyfocused workplace culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production needs.


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Safetyconscious and driven to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am), including potential overtime and weekends.

    • Training for this position Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm up to the first 120 days of employment.


  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required-we will train the right candidate.
