You Are:

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architecture. Gathering large and complex datasets that meet business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

The opportunity:

* Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements: auditing the root causes of problems, indicating improvements to components or applications, and proposing better models for recurring issues.

* Creating analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.

* Working with stakeholders, including executive, product, and data consumer teams, to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data consumption needs.

* Working with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer, degree in computer science, statistics, information systems, or a related field.

* Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational and non-relational databases, as well as familiarity with a variety of databases.

* Experience in creating and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and big data sets.

* Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Experience and analytical skills related to working with unstructured data sets.

* Experience managing message queues, flow processing, and highly scalable data warehouses.

* Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

* Solid experience using software tools such as Haddop, Spark, Kafka, etc.

* Experience with SQL and NoSQL relational models

* Experience with Azure Cloud and services such as Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL

* Experience managing streaming processing systems like Storm and Spark Streaming

* Experience with object-oriented languages such as Python, Scala, C++, Java, and Go Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

* Experience managing software containers and automation using Docker/Kubernetes and Ansible/Puppet

* Experience using data flow and extraction tools such as Airflow and BigQuery

* Experience with agile frameworks

* English B1-B2
