We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Instructional Designer to significantly shape the learning landscape for a dynamic workforce. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to craft engaging and effective training solutions that directly enhance employee capabilities and drive performance across critical business functions. Your designs will empower individuals, optimize processes, and contribute directly to the strategic success of the organization.

**What You'll Do:**

* Conduct in-depth job-task analyses and needs assessments to pinpoint learning objectives and identify comprehensive performance enhancement solutions, including management reinforcement, reward structures, role clarity, and job aids.

* Collaborate closely with diverse team members and subject matter experts to define individual training program goals, overarching program objectives, and detailed module objectives, ensuring all training directly elevates employee performance.

* Apply advanced instructional design theories to create compelling course content from conception, guiding the development of entirely new training programs based on formal needs analyses.

* Utilize adult learning theories to select optimal training media and methodologies, catering to varied audience learning styles, content complexities, and delivery environments (traditional classroom, online, self-paced e-Learning, or blended approaches).

* Partner with e-Learning specialists to develop sophisticated and interactive e-Learning programs and applications that captivate learners.

* Research, select, and adapt existing training curricula, content, materials, and job aids to perfectly align with evolving learning needs.

* Analyze program evaluations, test results, and participant/manager feedback to continuously recommend and implement improvements for training effectiveness.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in Articulate 360.

* Demonstrated ability to conduct job-task analysis and needs assessments.

* Strong understanding and application of instructional design theory.

* Expertise in adult learning theory and its application to diverse training methodologies.

* Proven experience in designing and developing training curricula and programs, including creating new programs from scratch.

* Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and various stakeholders.

* Experience in designing evaluation strategies for learning outcomes.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience in, or applicable knowledge of, the insurance industry.

* Prior experience in, or applicable knowledge of, underwriting.
