As a Security Officer - Telecom Facility Patrol in Whiteland, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech-focused locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will remain highly visible, interact with staff and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious activity, reporting any concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with security-related tasks specific to a technology and media environment, such as monitoring equipment and access to sensitive areas.
• Support Allied Universal in maintaining a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
• Document and report all security-related incidents and observations in accordance with site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
