**What You'll Do:**

* Develop presentation templates and visual components, meticulously optimized for AI compatibility and user empathy, ensuring alignment with core design principles.

* Craft and maintain detailed visual specifications, including styles and layouts, to guide optimal outputs from AI models.

* Rigorously evaluate both human-generated and AI-generated visual content for clarity, hierarchy, and composition.

* Refine visual materials and presentations to enhance consistency and minimize any potential confusion for AI models.

* Document comprehensive design guidelines, accessibility standards, and inclusivity checks for seamless use by internal teams and partners.

* Collaborate closely with design leads, product managers, and content teams to establish robust feedback loops, quality checkpoints, and continuous improvements within high-volume, high-craft workflows.

* Pilot cutting-edge AI-driven features, rapidly synthesizing insights and providing actionable recommendations to enhance visual outcomes and accelerate design development processes.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.

* 3+ years of relevant graphic/visual design experience, demonstrated through a compelling portfolio showcasing mastery of style, typography, layout, color, and composition across diverse styles and mediums.

* Proficiency in evaluating, iterating, and refining presentation designs according to best practices and various scenarios.

* Skilled at translating complex concepts into high-quality visual designs for presentations.

* In-depth understanding of the visual AI generation landscape, including assessing model quality and visual impact across design styles.

* Strong analytical capabilities, utilizing data-driven insights to inform design direction and content requirements.

* Proven ability to deliver creative, reliable solutions at scale and speed in dynamic environments, while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.

* Commitment to upholding accessibility and inclusivity standards, ensuring full compliance with best practices.

* Comfortable collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and content specialists in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

* A portfolio that showcases strong multi-page and presentation design judgment and a deep understanding of presentation layout and quality.

* Proficiency in industry-standard presentation and design software, including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

* Experience collaborating directly with multidisciplinary teams.

* Ability to embrace feedback and iterate quickly.

* Comfort operating in experimental spaces and shaping emerging standards.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* 5 years of relevant graphic/visual design experience.

* 2 years of experience working with AI-generated content, design, and prompts (text-to-artifact or presentation flows).
