In this dynamic role, you will serve as a crucial link between diverse teams, spearheading the discovery and definition of requirements for high-impact healthcare programs. You will be instrumental in evaluating existing systems, envisioning future capabilities, and guiding the development process from concept to delivery. Your expertise will directly contribute to streamlining operations, improving compliance, and ultimately, enhancing the quality of care provided. **What You'll Do:** * Act as the primary liaison, fostering seamless communication and collaboration among business stakeholders, architects, subject matter experts, engineering teams, quality assurance, and cross-functional departments. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst, specifically within the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on major public health programs, claims, or eligibility systems. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.55 to $51.72 an hour.
