As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Full-Time in Pahrump, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of patients, visitors, and staff.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Observe and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas, helping to maintain an orderly environment.
• Support Allied Universal and healthcare facility staff during emergencies, drills, and other security-related activities as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
