As a Security Officer - Plant Rounds in Fayetteville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with conflict resolution and/or reporting as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage production location and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity according to site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors, providing assistance and information as required.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or hazards encountered during patrols or while on post, following Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
