The College seeks a dynamic Dean for Research, Assessment and Planning. Reporting to the Provost / Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs, the Dean is part of the academic leadership team whose shared focus is the promotion of student access, success, and achievement. The individual in this role will support the development and implementation of innovative academic programs and initiatives by ensuring the institutions ability to access and make available relevant and timely data. With this goal in mind, the Dean is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in the following areas: Research and Assessment
