Candidate will support the enterprise priority initiative known as Phoenix, which supports our CRM transformation. This role will support the Phoenix team across a range of activities Additional Information This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. - Drive Insightful Research: Analyze customer survey data, uncover trends, and translate feedback into actionable insights that inform Phoenix's strategy
- Monitor the Market: Track competitor moves, industry shifts, product evolution and digital innovation, delivering intelligence that keeps Phoenix ahead of the curve
- Interrogate the Data: analyze core data sets to understand bright spots, identify insights and proactively flag areas in need of enrichment
- Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with agile workstreams, participate in sprints, and contribute to workshops that fuel our CRM transformation
- Champion Change: Support change management efforts by mapping business processes, documenting best practices, and helping teams adapt to new ways of working
- Tell the Story: Present findings to Phoenix leaders and stakeholders, making complex data clear, compelling, and actionable
- Participating in various project and team meetings as needed, taking and reporting out organized notes and next steps
- Developing and maintaining project documentation as required

- Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis; experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365 is a plus

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be pursing a bachelor's degree or higher at the time of the internship
- Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Project Management, or Communications
- Must be able to work full time (37.5 hours per week) during Summer for at least 10 weeks, and physically present in downtown office 5 days per week
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and/or Outlook)
- Must have understanding of primary market research methodologies including quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Must have familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools
Preferred Qualification:
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Have an expected graduation date in 2026 - 2027
- Have demonstrated leadership involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
- Have completion of a business project management course or similar
