As a Security Guard Flex - Telecom Patrol in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and engaging in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, especially within technology, media, and telecommunications settings.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, such as security breaches, facility hazards, and emergency situations.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and/or unauthorized access within the premises.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while on patrol and during incident response.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related needs and concerns specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
