Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Philadelphia, PA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Apply all client and local EHS rules.
  • Carry out Troubleshooting of client products during the warranty period, as well as Pre-warranty, validation, and certification periods, including investigation and repair.
  • Carry out Fleet check activities.
  • Register all needed relevant failure/event data in the Defect Management database (RailSys Light, GSI, Maximo), including configuration data.
  • Support specific technical investigations by Engineering, internal, or external Supplier.
  • Manage Troubleshooting team activities.
  • Ensure good information flow within the Troubleshooting and Customer Site Warranty team (shift change).
  • Support helpdesk activities.
  • Implement Field Modifications (FM).
  • Contribute to Return of Experience.
  • Autonomous Troubleshooting.
  • Filling of the Defect Management database.
  • Application of EHS rules.
  • Support and supervision of external supplier representatives.
  • Team management.
  • Achievement of contractual availability (milestone) targets.
  • Characterization of K1S/K2/K3 issues on time.
  • Completeness and Quality of failure/event diagnosis/data recorded in the Defect Management database.
  • Availability of configuration update data.
  • Audit results (internal and external).
  • Customer satisfaction with technical expertise.
  • Compliance with EHS rules and work-related processes.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.

Hours: 5X8 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (4-6 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in applying EHS rules and working within regulated or safety-critical environments.
