Your Tasks

  • Lead and oversee all controlling and finance activities within the Division.
  • Partner with Business Units and Senior Management to support data-led decisions and conduct ad hoc analyses to extract actionable business insights.
  • Prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting, and long-term planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and profitability.
  • Coordinate processes for accurate project/product costing and profitability reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in controlling processes, tools, and reporting standards.
  • Support M&A activities, including financial analysis and post-merger integration.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in controlling or financial management in a fast-paced matrixed or industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing small teams.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills, with attention to details.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions with a customercentric mindset.

Additional Information

  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $150,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
  • Work model: Hybrid, based at our Wakefield, MA headquarters.
  • Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel.
