DOT Administrator

• Responsible for making sure every application processed is 100% accurate and complete, including all required documentation
• Interpret MVRs and determine eligibility based on company and DOT Standards
• Track and maintain expiring driver documents, including medical certificates, licenses, and training records, and follow up with drivers as needed
• Monitor, track, and update drivers' annual MVRs to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards
• Follow company standard procedures, including the use of identified technologies and methods for obtaining accurate and complete driver records
• Conduct routine audits of DQFs to verify accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve compliance-related issues

• 2+ years of professional experience, bonus if it was DOT focused
• Basic understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations, specifically DQFs
• Basic level MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Deadline Driven with excellent organizational skills
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
• Comfortable working in confidential environment
• Comfortable working independently
