Jackson Therapy Partners is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead a team of National Recruiters responsible for placing clinicians in travel assignments across the country. This is a highly visible, high-impact leadership role where performance, coaching, and strategy come together to drive revenue and talent placement.

What You'll Lead

As the Recruitment Manager, you will:

  • Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of National Recruiters.

  • Drive daily, monthly, and annual performance metrics aligned with company recruitment and placement goals.

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure seamless delivery and client success.

  • Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies, outreach, and best practices for clinician recruitment.

  • Conduct ongoing one-on-ones and performance reviews to ensure accountability and growth.

  • Partner with HR and Compliance to ensure all clinician-related issues meet federal, state, and local requirements.

  • Work with Marketing on communications, sourcing campaigns, and recruitment strategy.

  • Lead with our core values of Others First, Wisdom, and Growth.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare staffing.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing successful recruiting or sales teams.

  • A competitive, results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and influence.

  • Strong operational discipline, coaching ability, and customer-focused decision making.
