Job Title: Call Center Representative Job DescriptionWe are seeking a temporary Call Center Representative for a 4-6 week assignment from mid-December through January. This role involves assisting with premium payment processing for new members. Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries. * Process first premium payments over the phone using credit card or bank account information. * Ensure accuracy in payment processing and data entry. Essential Skills * Experience in payment processing and customer service. * Strong phone communication skills. * Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry. Additional Skills & Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center. * Familiarity with processing payments. * Background in insurance is preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
