Role description

Role Proficiency:

Acts under very minimal guidance to develop error free code; testing and documenting applications

Outcomes:



  1. Understand the applications features and component design and develop the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.
  2. Code debug test and document; and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
  3. Develop optimized code with appropriate approach and algorithms following standards and security guidelines independently
  4. Effectively interact with customers and articulate their input
  5. Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
  6. Mentor Developer I - Software Engineering to become more effective in their role
  7. Learn technology business domain and system domain as recommended by the project/account
  8. Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees



Measures of Outcomes:



  1. Adherence to engineering processes and standards (coding standards)
  2. Adherence to schedule / timelines
  3. Adhere to SLAs where applicable
  4. # of defects post delivery
  5. # of non-compliance issues
  6. Reduction of reoccurrence of known defects
  7. Quickly turnaround production bugs
  8. Meet the Defined productivity standards for project
  9. Completion of applicable technical/domain certifications
  10. Completion of all mandatory training requirements

    Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom entities. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications. Perform data migration and ensure data integrity. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365. Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 development. Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 applications. Strong knowledge of C#, NET, JavaScript, and SQL Experience with Dynamics 365 integration using APIs and web services. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bil Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Candidate should be able to desige and theu implement solutions DevOps knowledge packaging and deploying web applications using GitHub pipelines etc Telem player with strong attitude and work ethics. Strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate is expected to work with global teams and bence should be dear in both verbal and written communication
