As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
