Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the site, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of surroundings.
• Assist with access control and visitor management as needed for the location.
• Document and report all security-related incidents and observations according to Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
