As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel or resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for guests and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel or resort location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to support a welcoming and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including guiding guests and staff during incidents.
• Document and report security-related incidents or suspicious activities according to company and client procedures.
• Collaborate with hotel or resort management and Allied Universal team members to address site-specific needs and concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
