What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor for unusual activity and/or potential security-related threats, reporting observations according to site protocols.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and interactions as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and/or contractors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance as needed.
• Carry and responsibly handle assigned firearms and follow all applicable procedures and regulations related to armed patrol duties at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification Texas only is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
