Responsibilities
- Collaborative partner for the window and door installation process.
- Practice efficient& safedemolitiontominimallyimpactcustomers.
- Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
- Preparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning.
- Exterior/Interior finish work on all products.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, quality control,andcost control.
- Maintain good attendance record as well as good punctuality.
- Understands and adheres to company and safety polices, proper lifting techniques and heat stress.
- Must be able towork with hand tools and gas-powered equipment properly, efficiently, and safely.
- Basic knowledge oflocal city and state building codes.
- If driving for the company,musthave andmaintaina valid state issued driver's license as well ascleardriving record.
- Ability to read prints.
- 3 or moreyears'experienceas aframing or finish carpenterin residential or commercial brick and stucco applications;required.
- Must be able to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
