Security Officer - Residential Concierge

As a Security Officer - Residential Concierge in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing outstanding customer service and helping to deter security-related incidents. You will monitor access, manage visitor badges, and maintain a welcoming presence while upholding the Allied Universal values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor building access and verify the identity of individuals entering the residential location, assisting with visitor management as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and property management, addressing inquiries and/or concerns as they arise.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, collaborating with other Allied Universal personnel and property representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
