As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Operations in Griffin, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence will help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns, all while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and a people-first culture. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the facility.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points at the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
