As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Rounds in Latrobe, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology-driven location. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for unusual circumstances.
• Monitor access points and observe the premises to identify and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and site staff to relay important information regarding incidents and/or daily activities.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries in a professional manner.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
