WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Engineer II: $110,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Engineer III: $130,000 - $145,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Build and modernize .NET and Java applications, driving migrations, upgrades, and tech currency improvements.
Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and integration of applications, APIs, and data solutions that ensure scalability, security, and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
3+ years of professional development experience with expertise in .NET Core 6.0, C#, APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Dapper, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (Vue or Angular is a plus). Experience modernizing legacy .NET applications.
Proficiency in modern frameworks and tools such as Java, Spring Boot, Groovy, GitHub, AWS, TKG, MuleSoft and RabbitMQ preferred.
Collaboration & Communication: Ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences, foster teamwork across diverse groups, and document processes clearly; inclusive mindset that values diversity and different perspectives.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking to analyze complex systems, create clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and deliver innovative, user-focused solutions.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
