WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):

    • Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Engineer II: $110,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Engineer III: $130,000 - $145,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.


  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:




  • Build and modernize .NET and Java applications, driving migrations, upgrades, and tech currency improvements.






  • Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and integration of applications, APIs, and data solutions that ensure scalability, security, and performance.






  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly while continuously assessing and optimizing applications for sustainable results.






  • Collaborate with business partners to translate technical concepts into actionable solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.






  • Foster a collaborative team environment by adapting to varying roles as contributor, mentor, and leader based on the team's needs.





WHAT YOU'LL BRING:




  • 3+ years of professional development experience with expertise in .NET Core 6.0, C#, APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Dapper, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (Vue or Angular is a plus). Experience modernizing legacy .NET applications.






  • Proficiency in modern frameworks and tools such as Java, Spring Boot, Groovy, GitHub, AWS, TKG, MuleSoft and RabbitMQ preferred.






  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences, foster teamwork across diverse groups, and document processes clearly; inclusive mindset that values diversity and different perspectives.






  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Agile approach with experience in methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence; flexible in fast-paced environments, quick to master new technologies and frameworks.






  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking to analyze complex systems, create clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and deliver innovative, user-focused solutions.



  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.





  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.



PREFERRED:




  • Knowledge of financial services including securities, insurance and bank products and/or the securities, insurance, and banking industry.






  • Experience with modernization or greenfield development.






  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
