Title: Dietary Aides / Dining Services

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Denver, CO 80236

Shift Time: 8:00 am to 6:30 pm (Rotational, can be either 5:30 am to 4:00 pm)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. on W2

Note: Covid vaccination card.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Need to know and able to answer basic kitchen questions - temperature danger zone, holding temperatures, food allergy/cross-contamination risk
• Tray Line, Meal Service and Food Cart Distribution - portions hot/cold food items onto trays, monitors temps, loads meals into food carts for distribution, delivers food carts to teams
• Safety and Sanitation - cleans and sanitizes production area, dining room, kitchen equipment and kitchenware, diet office, bathroom, etc.
• Assists with Production Cooking - under direct supervision, assists with preparing, portioning, seasoning and cooking all menu food items
• Production Cooking - prepares meals using standardized recipes, written instructions, portion sizes, production sheets, food safety guidelines, and a variety of commercial food service equipment.
• Assures food is attractive, appetizing and at proper temperatures
