Job Title: CNC Machinist (relocation available) Location with zip code: 3580 Shaw Blvd Naples FL 34117 Duration: Direct Hire Payrate range: $30 - $40/hr. plus 5% year-end bonus Shift: 1st - 7am - 3:30 - 2nd - 3:30pm - 12am -Swing - 11am - 8pm Note: NOT looking for Swiss or Citizen machines Summary: Operate CNC lathe machines using blueprints & route sheets in a lean manufacturing team environment. Role & Responsibility: Setup and run production machines (cutting, shaping, drilling, reaming) to meet specs. Adjust feeds/speeds; deburr, chamfer, countersink, inspect parts to ensure quality. Record SPC data, maintain clean work area, contribute to process improvement. Follow safety policies and company procedures. Required Skills: 2+ years of machining experience. Ability to read blueprints, specs and use measuring tools. Basic math knowledge (trigonometry preferred). Education: High School diploma/GED.
