The Account Manager (AM) drives BEVCO's inside sales efforts by serving as the day-to-day contact for customer interaction, handling new project quoting, general inquiries, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. Acting as the voice of the customer, the AM proactively advocates for customer needs and success by collaborating closely with internal Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams. The AM helps move projects forward, resolves roadblocks, and ensures timely and effective delivery. The AM also develops strategies to significantly grow profit for a defined list of accounts, while maximizing sales and leveraging BEVCO's value proposition. The AM partners closely with their respective outside sales partner to support both existing and new business growth.


Responsibilities:



  • Represent the interest and voice of our customers to help drive their success.
  • Oversee and coordinate new customer projects, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure all teams are aligned, timelines are met, and the customer experience exceeds expectations.
  • Work closely with supply chain and production to ensure orders are fulfilled and on track to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies for targeted accounts to achieve growth goals.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers at both the corporate and plant level.
  • Build sales pipeline in line with sales targets through utilization of the BEVCO sales process and manage these opportunities through BEVCO's CRM.
  • Identify the needs of the customers and tailor specific solutions that create value to the customer and profitability to BEVCO.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers at the customer utilizing the BEVCO inside sales strategy and application of our sales methodology.
  • Delivers the BEVCO value proposition and aligns our value wedge to gain a competitive advantage through value differentiation.
  • Create a robust opportunity pipeline, with a focus on increasing the win rate percentage, maximizing the average deal size and increase the velocity within the pipeline (shorten sales cycle).
  • Ensure that orders and quotes are processed in order to meet the customers' demands.
  • Respond to customer requests for information, quotes, pricing, delivery, returns, billings, complaints.
  • Review open orders and coordinate with other departments to ensure the correct processing of and on time delivery of the Company's products.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales experience; or a combination of education and experience. Preferably in a manufactured or configured to order sales cycle.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and business information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft, Excel, Salesforce, SAP and all standard current computer applications.
