   The University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology Job Description
   The Patient Service Representative (PSR) provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations and timely patient access to care. This part-time role is primarily responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing referral queues, and maintaining accurate patient records. The PSR works closely with audiologists and other clinical staff to coordinate care and ensure a positive patient experience. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and schedule appointments to ensure timely access to care. Required Qualifications * Education: High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities can be acquired. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in a healthcare setting, hospital admissions, registration, or medical office environment. Key Competencies * Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Shift
   Shift Type: Flexible hours within standard business hours, part-time. Minimum Qualifications
   High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.  Anticipated Hiring Range
