Summary: Seeking a skilled and reliable Weaver to operate and maintain weaving looms in our textile manufacturing facility. The Weaver is responsible for producing high-quality woven fabrics by monitoring loom performance, inspecting fabric for defects, and making necessary adjustments to ensure production standards are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Work Safely, follow all plant safety rules and attend required safety training
Patrol looms for efficiency.
Patrol looms for first quality.
Repair warp breaks.
Repair filling breaks.
Repair mechanical stops.
Flag the loom for the cloth doffer when necessary.
Flag a loom for a technician when necessary.
Record smashes on smash board.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Data entry; enter information in computer, at COP box at loom.
Check efficiency, stops, etc. in computer.
Other duties as assigned.
