The Opportunity

Customer Experience is entering a new era-one where AI is a fundamental driver of how people interact with brands, platforms, and services. This role offers the chance to guide some of the world's most influential brands as they meet the moment. You'll help clients harness AI to create personalized experiences that are more intuitive and adaptive than ever before, redefining what "customer-centric" truly means.

As a Principal Digital Strategist, you won't just advise on UX-you'll guide organizations through the complexity of integrating AI into their experience ecosystems. From conversational interfaces to predictive journeys and intelligent decisioning, you'll translate new technologies into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business impact. This is an opportunity to lead at the intersection of design, technology, and transformation-where your insights will influence decisions at the highest levels and set the course for industry-leading experiences.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will lead and deliver digital transformation work with executive teams. We focus on customer experience, technology adoption, and organizational change. We set customer experience direction with our clients. You will work directly on customer journeys across channels, platforms, regions, and teams. You will create experience principles and assets for transformation programs. You will partner with Adobe product, technology, data, and content leaders to align customer and user experience work with platform capabilities and operating models.

We also apply AI in customer experience work. You will assess where conversational interfaces, journey orchestration, and personalization fit into customer interaction strategies. You will translate experience decisions into clear business outcomes tied to growth, efficiency, customer results, and platform plans. You will mentor internal teams, contribute to thought leadership through writing and speaking, and work through new or unclear problems using structured problem-solving.
