Position Summary The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Part-Time Research Coordinator to join the NCCP team. This position will support the Department of Pediatrics by providing a dedicated Research Coordinator within the Division of Neonatology, specifically for the Neonatal Comfort Care Program (NCCP). The coordinator will assist in advancing the research efforts of Dr. Elvira Parravicini and Dr. Sinead Brady, focusing on quality improvement initiatives in perinatal palliative care. Responsibilities include initiating, coordinating, and completing research projects, as well as supporting ongoing clinical studies conducted by the NCCP team. We are seeking a candidate who can build strong, compassionate relationships with both professionals and families. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
