Job Summary

Develop and grow the Direct Hire business across the branch network within ProDrivers. Be a resource for branches with knowledge of Direct Hire clients and recruiting resources. Build relationships with clients across the country that have interest in Direct Hire placements. Drive the growth of Direct Hire business throughout ProDrivers through marketing campaigns and cross-sell opportunities.

Position will report to VP - Field Operations and will have close ties for collaboration with the Client Solutions, Branch teams, HEAT, and Sales/Growth.

Candidate must have prior Direct Hire experience with a proven track record of business development. Position can be home or office based. Ideally located in Central time zone to allow for national support. No prior transportation experience is necessary but would be welcome. Excellent keyboard skills are essential as is a commitment to the use of EB digital solutions.

Your Role & Responsibilities



  • Develop initial go-to-market strategy for Direct Hire for ProDrivers MUST HAVE DIRECT HIRE EXPERIENCE
  • Build Value and WIFM/WITY resources for BDMs that identify Direct Hire prospects
  • Assist BDM and client in path for growth and strategy discussions as it relates to Direct Hire placements
  • Support BDM's/ Recruiters in closing placements by providing both advice and, from time to time, actual live contact with client or candidate.
  • Partner with Sales/Growth team on weekly expectations for BDMs for Direct Hire funnel work
  • Support branch activities around Direct Hire (whiteboards, Tier discussions, CPA, CEM's, etc.)
  • Regular contact with RVPs to discuss activities in branches by region Liaison between Branch and HEAT to draw traffic of potential Direct Hire candidates (whether through advertising or use of drivers in system)
  • Assist in ad writing and coordinate outbound efforts for Direct Hire recruiting
  • Work closely with Compliance and Safety to understand hiring guidelines by state and changes in regulations
  • Weekly reporting/metrics to field and leadership on progress of Direct Hire initiatives
  • Work with Finance to understand performance levels and set new strategic goals for Direct Hire
  • Manage and distribute documents to field that demonstrate growth of Direct Hire as appropriate


Deliverables:



  • Responsible for GP and EBITDA growth of Direct Hire as defined by Strategic/GROW Goals
  • Accountable for attaining agreed upon growth goals and objectives established quarterly and yearly
