Role and Responsibilities

As a Tech Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of resolving technical challenges and delivering excellent customer support. You will work in partnership with teams and customers to ensure optimal system performance and reliable solutions.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for ASML equipment, ensuring continuous operation for customers.
  • Provide timely, clear, and empathetic support to customers and colleagues across diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Document and communicate solutions to enable knowledge sharing and prevent future issues.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and compliance in all support activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and system performance.
  • Participate in training and development to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ASML EUV/DUV Scanner Lithography.
  • Must know ASML field operations technology.
  • Experience with troubleshooting complex systems and working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and common operating systems (such as Windows and Linux).
  • Familiarity with software and hardware integration in high-tech environments.

Other Information

This position will be part of the Intel Chandler "One Team" initiative. The position will cross-train skillsets for both EUV / DUV tools.

The holder of this position reports to the Tech Support Manager and provides indirect and direct support to customers, and direct escalation and technical support to operations.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
