Role Overview:

We're seeking a Module Production Engineer with a passion for innovation and a collaborative mindset to join our Production Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to make a tangible impact on next-generation technology.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Module Production Engineer, you will play a key part in the following areas

  • Industrializing new and volume systems by collaborating across design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

  • Drive improvements in system availability, reliability, cycle time, and cost.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and develop actionable solutions.

  • Support the design and validation of engineering solutions.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time.

  • Review supplier failure analysis reports and validate root causes.

  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to resolve module failures.

  • Manage technical uncertainties and develop creative solutions.

  • Own customer issues and deliver targeted resolutions.

  • Design sub-modules with thoughtful material and architectural choices.

  • Integrate subsystems and support configuration management.

  • Verify design specifications and contribute to testing protocols.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, or

  • Master's degree in engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong collaboration and cross functional communication skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Work in a cleanroom environment under ISO 9000/14000 standards (full gowning required).

  • Exposure to lasers, chemicals, ladders, and platforms.

  • Occasional movement across campus and lifting up to 20 lbs.

  • Moderate temperature and noise levels.

  • Travel may be required based on business needs.
