Financial Reporting Manager

(This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote)

The UHS Corporate Accounting Department is hiring a Financial Reporting Manager to administers the monthly consolidation of financial reports, financial analysis and special projects. This role will also be an integral part of the Workday Finance implementation.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Administers the month-end, quarter-end and year-end consolidation/financial reporting process
• Assist in the preparation of SEC filings/reports including 8-k, 10-q and 10-k
• Manages the administration and maintenance of Oracle HFM
• Coordinates collection and preparation of data/reports for outside auditors during quarter-end and year-end audits/reviews and other times as required
• Participates in the Budget Consolidation process and related financial reporting requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years' experience in accounting, healthcare preferred.

• Experience with Workday Financials preferred
• Experience with Oracle HFM is preferred, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Allscripts GL
• Limited travel up to 5% as needed
