Genesis10 is seeking a Tech Center Administrative Assistant for a part-time position with a leading client located in New Holland, PA. This role is 100% onsite and is a part-time position (20 hours per week).

Compensation: $30.00 - 32.00 per hour.

Summary:


The Tech Center Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and organizational support to the New Holland Technical Center. This part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) offers flexible scheduling and involves coordinating key site initiatives, maintaining office operations, supporting safety and branding efforts, and assisting with employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about supporting a collaborative and dynamic technical environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Support Tech Center initiatives such as tours, lunches, and team events.
  • Gather and distribute mail to a central location.
  • Maintain visual safety updates by ensuring local displays and TVs are current with relevant information.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, ensuring materials are readily available.
  • Lead and coordinate activities such as the training approval committee and workshop planning.
  • Participate in cross-site initiatives including branding updates and employee engagement planning in coordination with the New Holland Brand and New Holland Plant teams.
  • Take ownership of 5S leadership within the office environment by organizing monthly activities to maintain a clean, efficient, and safe workspace.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting administrative, operational, or facilities coordination functions preferred.
  • Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and reliability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent).
  • Flexible and dependable, with the ability to adapt to evolving site needs.
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp-to-corp).
