Executive Assistant to the President

We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level support to our Business President and Executive Leadership Team. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President's calendar, priorities, and daily workflow

  • Prepare materials, reports, and communications for meetings

  • Serve as liaison with executives, staff, and external partners

  • Plan and coordinate travel, events, and leadership meetings

  • Support special projects and ensure follow-up on action items

  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of executive support experience, including 2+ years with C-Suite leaders (8+ preferred)

  • Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build strong partnerships

  • Bachelor's degree or EA certification preferred; construction industry experience a plus. Board of Directors exposure a plus.

Salary Range: $100,000/yr.-$120,000/yr.
