We're Hiring: *Customer Service Representatives - Multi-Family & Mortgage Support* Are you ready to be the voice of hope, guidance, and clarity for people navigating some of life's most challenging moments? We're looking for passionate, service-driven individuals to join our *Multi-Family Support *and *Mortgage Customer Service Team*. These roles go beyond answering phones they're about being a lifeline, a resource, and a trusted partner in someone's housing journey. *Multi-Family Support CSR* Help renters, tenants, and property managers find the resources they need to stay housed, resolve issues, and move forward. You'll be supporting individuals who may be facing eviction or homelessness-your compassion will be your greatest tool. *What You'll Do:* * Answer calls from renters, tenants, and property managers with empathy and urgency * Provide referrals and resources for housing, rental assistance, and homeownership * Handle tenant complaints and multifamily rental inquiries * Use a knowledge base to deliver accurate, helpful information * Document all communications in an internal system *Must-Have Qualifications:* * 2 years of property management experience * 1 year of contact center or phone-based customer service * High school diploma or GED * Willingness to work until 8:00 PM *Mortgage Support CSR* Be the bridge between the public, lenders, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). You'll help callers understand FHA guidelines, support lenders with certifications, and assist nonprofits and appraisers with housing programs. *What You'll Do:* * Handle inbound calls related to FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage inquiries * Provide accurate information using FHA-approved resources * Support lenders with FHA Connection tools and certification processes * Guide callers through HUD home purchasing, property status, and realtor requirements * Assist nonprofits and government entities with HUD program support *Must-Have Qualifications:* * 2+ years of mortgage experience (loan processing, underwriting, servicing, etc.) * High school diploma or GED * Willingness to work until 8:00 PM What We're Looking For * Strong customer service and call center skills * Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure * Commitment to accuracy, empathy, and professionalism Why This Role Matters Every call you take could be the turning point in someone's life. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
