We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to manage a team driving innovation in automated bidding, experimentation, and conversion measurement-the engines that power advertiser performance and our business growth. Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a Product Management team responsible for Microsoft Ads' bidding platform, experimentation infrastructure, and conversion measurement systems.Define the product vision and strategy for campaign optimization, ensuring our platforms deliver measurable ROI for advertisers while scaling efficiently across surfaces and channels.Partner across engineering, data science, research, and design to launch features that combine cutting-edge machine learning with intuitive advertiser experiences.Drive adoption and growth of automated bidding strategies, experiments, and conversion tracking solutions by aligning with Sales, Marketing, and external partners.Champion experimentation culture within Microsoft Ads by ensuring robust testing frameworks, transparent results, and decision-making rooted in data.Represent advertiser needs and translate them into scalable platforms and APIs that support self-serve customers, enterprise advertisers, and third-party integrations.Mentor and grow product managers on the team, fostering a culture of impact, collaboration, and innovation.
