This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. FTT will require proof of status prior to employment.

Essential Job Functions:



  • Preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations
  • Maintaining the general ledger system
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; assisting with regulatory reporting
  • Researching accounting issues for compliance with GAAP
  • Analysis & problem solving
  • Project Job Cost Accounting
  • Project Reporting
  • Project Billing
  • Normally receives minimal instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
  • Uses office-automated systems to input data and generate reports.
  • Checks and verifies cost accounting, account payable records, prepares invoices and vouchers, types, files, posts ledger and general journal entries, and/or balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Reconcile difficult accounts.
  • Works on assignments that are difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  • International multicurrency transaction experience
  • Organized, accurate, detail-oriented and able to prioritize

Education and Experience:



  • Bacheloris Degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years experience with progressive accounting/financial reporting
  • Experienced in Deltek Costpoint or Similar ERP system
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (strong working knowledge of Excel)


Work Environment/Physical Requirements:



  • Office/open cubicle environment
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
