Position Overview:

REDLattice is seeking an energetic and driven Deputy Deputy Manager, Technical Programs to help lead the growth of our Melbourne, FL location. In this pivotal role, you'll shape on-site operations, drive advanced research and engineering initiatives, lead technical programs, engage directly with customers through impactful demonstrations, and spearhead facility enhancements that support cutting-edge mission work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in areas such as vulnerability research (VR), offensive cyber, or advanced R&D, combined with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. This role will act as a trusted deputy-supporting strategic objectives, empowering technical teams, and serving as a key interface with both customers and internal leadership.



  • Lead and manage on-site technical teams, ensuring mission execution, program alignment, and high operational standards.
  • Support advanced technical efforts, including vulnerability research, capability development, and integration activities.
  • Conduct and oversee technical demonstrations and briefings for customers and partners, articulating complex concepts to a range of audiences.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and align technical programs with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee site operations, including facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, security) to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across the Melbourne site.


Required Qualifications:



  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance (Polygraph preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Intelligence, or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in cyber operations, R&D, vulnerability research, and related technical programs.
  • Deep understanding of cyber mission needs, threat landscapes, and procurement processes across the IC, DoD, and Federal LE.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead customer engagements, including technical demos, briefings, and strategic discussions.
  • Experience overseeing or supporting facility operations, infrastructure upgrades, or site expansion efforts.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work closely with executive leadership.


Preferred Qualifications:.



  • Hands-on background in offensive cyber operations, vulnerability research, or CNO tool development.
  • Experience developing and marketing offensive cyber solutions including vulnerability research and reverse engineering.
  • Prior experience working within or directly supporting ther USIC or DoD.
  • Familiarity with Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), IDIQs, OTAs, and classified capture processes.
  • Active network within the intelligence, cyber, and national security communities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
  • Represent the company at industry events, classified briefings, and internal strategy sessions.
  • Monitor and anticipate evolving customer needs, policy changes, and budget cycles to shape demand and position the company early in the acquisition lifecycle.
