As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining a variety of processing equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

Shift: Overnight (specific hours to be confirmed)

Pay: $27.25 per hour

Responsibilities:



  • Operate, monitor, and maintain soy-based liquid processing equipment
  • Follow procedures and instructions to ensure proper production and sanitation (CIP/SIP)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and document parts needed
  • Conduct quality checks and adjust processes to meet standards
  • Manage product flow between processors and surge tanks
  • Monitor steam/air pressure and control related equipment
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety and GMP guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and quality protocols
  • Communicate effectively with team and support smooth shift transitions
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members
  • Participate in safety programs and continuous improvement efforts



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years in food or beverage production
  • Knowledge of processing equipment (processors, surge tanks, CIP)
  • Skilled in maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Able to lift 45 lbs and work in a physical environment
  • Independent, decisive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with documentation and SOP compliance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willing to train others and cover supervisory duties
  • Experience with aseptic processing and production scheduling
  • Proactive in improving operational efficiency
