Description
The Operations Team Assistant will provide administrative support to the Legal and Operations departments at Continental Properties while participating in a wide variety of activities associated with our communities. The position will play a key role in technology implementations and supporting efforts to streamline processes to meet our growing portfolio needs. The Operations Team Assistant plays a vital role in the effectiveness of the department while supporting team members in a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This position reports directly to the Director of Operational Excellence. This position has historically been a catalyst for growth allowing team members to gain valuable insight across the operations department and Continental as a whole to prepare for a variety of opportunities company wide. Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
