What's Available:

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

• Monday - Friday, day shifts. There is also Saturday (1/2 day) rotation with Rehab team, which currently runs every 12th Saturday.

What you will do:

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients

• Provide outpatient care & treatment, as well as inpatient services at critical access hospital

• Evaluate, assess, develop a plan of care & provide treatment/interventions to primarily adult patients who have a medical or other health related condition that limits their ability to move or function with activities of daily living.

• Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need:

• MN Licensed Physical Therapist, by time of start.

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved curriculum in Physical Therapy

• BLS for healthcare workers.
