Job Summary
The Commerical Kitchen Tech role is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and training to other Building Technicians while overseeing the operation and maintenance of critical building systems. Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintenance of industrial or commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment (to include both hot-side and cold-side systems). Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes. Essential Duties
