The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a critical leadership role responsible for guiding the company's financial strategy and execution. This individual will spearhead the development and refinement of our budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring they are robust, accurate, and aligned with our overarching business objectives. By partnering closely with executive leadership and department heads, the Director will provide crucial financial insights, identify key performance drivers, and proactively flag potential risks and opportunities. This role demands a strategic mindset, a keen analytical ability, and the capacity to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations that fuel informed decision-making and drive profitable growth. This position also entails leading and mentoring a high-performing FP&A team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and analytical rigor. The Director will oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors, offering clear variance analysis and strategic commentary. A significant aspect of the role involves acting as a trusted financial business partner to various functional areas, equipping them with the financial intelligence needed to optimize operations, evaluate new ventures, and achieve their respective goals. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in financial modeling, a deep understanding of business operations, and exceptional communication skills, enabling them to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels and champion financial best practices across the organization. Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
