Supervisory Responsibilities: None Summary: This position is designed for associates who have recently completed an undergraduate degree or associates with some banking experience. The position offers a comprehensive training program that provides exposure to credit analysis and sales development. The Associate Business Banker will work closely with the Business Banking team to review Small Business loan applications, complete credit analysis, monitor lending portfolio, identify lending opportunities, and develop a knowledge of Business lending products including SBA loans. They will gain a strong understanding of the SBA program requirements and be able to accurately present credit structure, collateral, and financial information. Additionally, they will work to develop essential sales skills and understand how to effectively communicate with Business clients to meet their banking needs. It is expected that this individual will have the opportunity to choose a career path in credit or in sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
