Administrative Assistant Details



  • Pay | $18 per hour (paid on a salary base)
  • Schedule | Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
  • Requirements

    • High school diploma/GED
    • 6 months of customer service and/or office experience
    • Integrity, honesty, and accuracy in all that you do
    • Professional attitude and appearance - you are the face of the office
    • Self-motivated mindset with excellent multitasking and time management skills
    • Strong data entry accuracy - this is key to success in this role
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills





Key Responsibilities



  • Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Manage daily order flow, invoices, and shipment tracking through an order management system (tech-savvy skills required).
  • Proofread and double-check your work - accuracy is everything!
  • Prioritize tasks and stay on top of deadlines in a fast-paced, "always something to do" environment.
  • Open and close the office independently.
